Women in Sarah Palin

If women see themselves in Sarah Palin, then it is not a pretty picture. But they may come to know in the next weeks that Sarah Palin is a distorted mirror.

In most cases, people like to see the best in others, especially qualities that people think they have themselves ... especially in regard to the caring of one's family.

Just like being a POW, these experiences of McCain and Palin while admirable and even useful are not enough to make for a good leader, especially the President of the United States.

I have a sense that Palin will implode as she continues to lie about her performance as Mayor and Governor in the face of mounting evidence of her own behavior and words over the last four years or so.

I assume most people still value honesty, and think of it as the cornerstone for trust.

So women will not see themselves to be like Palin in the coming weeks.

And some women might fight it as they did for Hillary, but in the end they will be in a minority.
